FILE FORMAT:
We accept the following file formats TIF, TIFF, JPG, EPS, PNG and PDF.
RESOLUTION:
All file formats must have a minimum of 300 dpi (dot per inch) resolution.
The images designed for the web done at a low screen resolution of 72 dpi. Print images need to be created at 300 dpi or there will be a substantial drop in the image quality.
COLOR MODE:
All color artwork and/or images must be provided in CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black) color mode. CMYK 101 provides you with more information. Click here to visit our CMYK 101 section
Please build your press-ready digital files by adding 0 .1" dimension for business cards, postcards, rackcards, add 0.125" for all other products.
We require ALL files to be built to the full bleed dimension specified for each trim size.
We automatically trim 0.05" or 0.0625" off of each edge, which will result in the desired trim size
Simply add 0.1" or 0.125" to the overall dimension of your digital layout. Example: a 5" x 7" would have a bleed size of 5.1" x 7.1" and a 8.5"x11" flyer would have a bleed size of 8.625"x11.125".
FONTS:
a. Fonts must be embedded in PDF files.
b. Fonts must be outlined or converted to paths or curves in EPS files.
c. Some fonts have copyright restrictions and will not embed in PDF Files.
d. Quark Express: Fonts and images must be included with all files submitted. (Mac only)
SAFE ZONE:
All critical elements (text, images, logos, etc.) must be kept at least 0.125" inside the edge. Anything left close to edge may be cut off during trimming.
BORDERS:
Please allow 1/16" cutting tolerance around your card. We recommend no borders due to shifting in the cutting process, borders may appear uneven.

We Gladly Accept Microsoft Publisher Files:
Publisher versions 2003 & 2007 can be accepted for all Full color print output. Please contact our pre-press department for more information concerning using Microsoft Publisher.
Microsoft Publisher can now be used for all printed products. We can help you in creating your project using Publisher. If you are currently using a previous version of Microsoft Publisher, we suggest upgrading to Publisher 2003 or 2007. Your possibilities are endless using Microsoft Publisher and printing in the world of CMYK.
How To Create A PDF:
Adobe Acrobat Reader is used on most computers today to read PDF files. To create a PDF file you need to have a PDF creator software. The most popular PDF creator is Adobe
Acrobat. We suggest a freeware PDF creator WINPDF.
